Aaron chandler as Vesser Lomou
Aaron was born and raised in a theatre family in Southeast Kansas. He grew up on the stage and has performed in community theatre productions in the Houston area and in campus stage productions while in college. He was presented with the 1998 "Anna" Award for Best Leading Actor for his performance in Sanctuary of the Mind while attending Independence Community College. He has appeared in a few student films but Blind marks his debut to the professional screen. He is a former competitive gymnast and an avid practitioner of the martial arts. He co-developed the fight choreography for Blind and performs his own stunts.





Marta McGonagle as Angela Rosefe
Marta McGonagle comes from a Costa Rican and Irish background and was born in the Ancon Republic of Panama. At the age of nine she moved to Aschaffenburg, Germany and starred in her first play entitled The Wild Wild West. It wasn't until eight years later that she would step on the stage again starring as Bessie in Marvin's Room written by Scott McPherson. After leaving home to attend college at the University of Texas in Austin, she became engulfed in her studies and work ignoring her love for acting once more. On a whim, she decided to audition for an Austin musical entitled Revelate landing the star role as Eve, which launched Marta's professional acting career.

After graduating from UT with a B.S. in Public Relations and with a concentration in Latin American Media Studies, Marta began to focus more on her acting career and sought representation with Acclaim Talent in Austin. Soon after she began studying with local acting coaches and has worked on commercials, radio, and several independent short and feature films in the Austin area.

More recently, Marta Joined the cast of the film Blind as Angela. "I have had the time of my life working on Blind! Everyone working on the film is so talented and has made this one my most enjoyable and unforgettable acting experiences. With an amazing script, an amazing director, and an amazing crew, I feel so privileged to be a part of the making of Blind."


Heather Kafka as Anne Campbell
Heather Kafka had played everything from the Little Drummer Boy to Alice in Wonderland, before she had any formal training. So after graduating high school, she moved to Los Angeles where she attended and graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Traveling back and forth from Pacific Coast to Texas Coast, she is quickly turning her childhood dramatics into a career.

In 1992 she played opposite Fairuza Balk and an unknown Tim Roth as murdered teen "Carol King" in the ABC miniseries Murder in the Heartland. In 1997 she starred as the loveable bitchy waitress "Chloe" in MTV's critically acclaimed Austin Stories. She then went on to co-star in several CBS, NBC and Showtime series and Movies of the Week. The most recent being CBS' Beyond the Prairie II: The True Story of Laura Ingalls Wilder. Other credits include Natural Selection, Where the Heart Is, One Shot and the recent Win Wenders presented and Tribeca & Berlin Film Festival participant, Three Days of Rain, starring Peter Faulk, Blythe Danner, Don Meredith and Jason Patrick. In October 2003, she takes a turn as Chainsaw family member "Henreitta Sawyer" in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre Remake.

Neil Cook as Sam Campbell
A native of Saigon, Vietnam, Neil emigrated to the United States as a toddler. As a teenager, Neil's quick wit and flair for comedy helped him earn several roles in school theatrical productions and student films.

Though he attended the University of Texas at Austin to study journalism, Neil's interest in film and performance never wavered. Neil assisted behind the scenes on the short films of Max Nguyen, and played the title role in Max's short comedy ROBOT BOY in 1997.

In addition to playing the role of Sam in BLIND, Neil contributed his artistic talents to the production's design, specifically the special effects in the films climactic scene. An accomplished illustrator, Neil hopes to continue working in the film industry as a concept artist and designer. His art can be seen by request by e-mailing here
